Partner FAQ

Before you ask

What do the prices include?

Each package lists its deliverables on its own page. All prices are shown excluding 8.1% Swiss VAT; the final scope is set out in the partnership contract.

Can partner guests skip the hotel security check?

No. Every guest, including partner guests, registers in advance and goes through the security check. Clearance is decided solely by the hotel and the authorities.

How are 1:1 meetings arranged?

On request, we match your team with attendees before the event. The number of pre-arranged meetings depends on your package, and both sides must agree to each meeting.

Will my representative moderate a panel?

No. Moderators are independent and never partners. Paid panel seats are capped at one partner representative per panel and are labelled in the programme.

How is our logo used?

Partners approve logo usage and placement in writing before print. Nothing is published without that approval.

Who invoices the partnership?

All invoices are issued by Quantum Leap Strategy AG only. Payment schedule and cancellation terms are set out in the contract; see the provisional terms page.
