ATTENDING
How is hotel access arranged?
Attendance is invitation-only. Hotel access requires prior registration and a security check. Any police fee is paid only on the hotel's official registration portal, never to EmTech Invest or its partners. The amount is shown on that portal.
How do I request an invitation?
Complete our invitation request form. Our team reviews requests individually. All guests must complete hotel registration and security clearance.
Will my contact details be shared with partners?
We never sell or share guest contact details with partners. Partners receive introductions only with your explicit opt-in.

Is EmTech Invest affiliated with the World Economic Forum?
No. EmTech Invest is an independent event organised by Quantum Leap Strategy AG, Zug, Switzerland. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of the World Economic Forum.
SECURITY
How long does the security check take?
The hotel's security check may take up to 48 hours. Register as soon as you receive the hotel's official email. Clearance is decided solely by the hotel and the authorities.

Can my organisation become a partner?
Partnerships start at CHF 20,000, excluding 8.1% Swiss VAT. Request a package to discuss availability and your goals with our partnership manager.
